B) Job Requirements:
- Drivers License (no Sr22) - Class A CDL Prefered ( Will assist in acquiring with pay increase upon receiving CDL
- Ability to read BluePrints
- Fill out paperwork daily
- Communicate effectively, with onsite general contractors, crew members, and AM Contracting office personnel
- Efficiently run crew of 8-12 employees
- Possess the ability to manage commercial concrete pours start to finish from placing orders to layout of saw joints.
- Experience prefered for Concrete Superintendent: 2years in a supervisory role, 5years concrete finishing experience
