B) Job Requirements:
- Drivers License (no Sr22) - Class A CDL Prefered ( Will assist in acquiring with pay increase upon receiving CDL
- Ability to read BluePrints
- Fill out paperwork daily
- Communicate effectively, with onsite general contractors, crew members, and AM Contracting office personnel
- Efficiently run crew of 5-8 employees
- Possess the ability to Supervise the prep of a commercial job from, acquisition of material; forms, rebar, keyway, poly to ensure it is properly ready to pour.
- Be knowledgeable in ADA standards
- Be knowledgeable in City of Omaha Standard Plates
- Experience prefered for Set-Up, Footing, Wall Superintendent: 2years in a supervisory role ( will train the right motivated individual) , 5years construction experience
- Knowledge with Trimble 3D grading system and / or able to layout using robotic total station is a Bonus
