B) Job Requirements:

  1. Drivers License (no Sr22) - Class A CDL Prefered ( Will assist in acquiring with pay increase upon receiving CDL
  2. Ability to read BluePrints
  3. Fill out paperwork daily
  4. Communicate effectively, with onsite general contractors, crew members, and AM Contracting office personnel
  5. Efficiently run crew of 5-8 employees
  6. Possess the ability to Supervise the prep of a commercial job from, acquisition of material; forms, rebar, keyway, poly to ensure it is properly ready to pour.
  7. Be knowledgeable in ADA standards
  8. Be knowledgeable in City of Omaha Standard Plates
  9. Experience prefered for Set-Up, Footing, Wall Superintendent: 2years in a supervisory role ( will train the right motivated individual) , 5years construction experience
  10. Knowledge with Trimble 3D grading system and / or able to layout using robotic total station is a Bonus
